The act of imagining yourself as the mic of a singer you're highly attracted to.
* Commonly used by Tokio Hotel fans when referring to Bill Kaulitz's performances.

Fan1: I WANNA BE THAT MIC SOOOOOOOOOO BAD!
Fan2: I know! *dies*
Fan3: Talk about a micgasm!

The act of going insane when you hear or see Bill Kaulitz, the frontman of Tokio Hotel.

Fan1: Did you see all those CFFs at the show last night?
Fan2: Yeah, they were totally Billistic.
