Tigan (Romanian) or Gangster is word to describe gangsters in Romania, such as Gypsies.

Vlad: “Ugh I can’t stand Tigans, they always steal my stuff!
Stefan: “Not all tigans are bad you know”
Vlad: “Then explain why you don’t have a car anymore”
Stefan: “Uhh… yea you’re right, fuck Tigans!”
