An acronym for "Shit Fuck Outta Luck", usually followed by the words, "you should've chose your ____ better". The blank will be changed to something having to do with the circumstance, depending on the situation. This phrase is completely sarcastic, and is usually used to express how little someone cares.

I sent nude pictures to my boyfriend after he promised not to show anyone, then he sent them to the whole school!
Oh... well... SFOL should've chose your boyfriend better.
