In italian, the proper meaning is "chapel", but it's also widely used to refer vulgarly to the glans.

It is an italian therm used mainly by kids/teenagers, made of the fusion of the words "Puttana", "Troia" and "Zoccola", all meaning "Bitch" in various dialects/areas but all known italy-wide.

Tua mamma è una putroccola!
("Your mom is a bitch!")
