Paul Ryan Effect 

The accepted reality that promises made by Republican candidates won't come true. Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan claimed that he was a "Solid Conservative", when in fact he was a self-promoting sleazeball that lied for several years without any shame. Ryan promised great things in his campaigns, but the USA suffered severe losses during his tenure in Congress.

During 2024, Trump was out there making big promises about eliminating taxes on tips and Social Security payments. Now we see the Paul Ryan Effect in action. Tips and Social Security payments are still being taxed and there is no fix in sight.

In a recent public meetng regarding the freedom fighters in Hong Kong. China's leaders used the phrase "restore law and order" at least 100 times. Everyone in Hong Kong knows exactly what this means.
