A program much like Skype except its full of obnoxious fucks that just blast music all day even though you plead them to stop.

Me: Please turn down your shitty dubstep. I hate oovoo...should've got skype.
Friend: WHAT?!?!?1 I CAN'T HEAR YOU BECAUSE IM BLASTING MY MUSIC!!!
