It's something that people just felt and forgotten about.

Kenjutsu is very bad there are just trouble makers and no one really actually likes them cause they don't bring anything to the TAB table.
Also, Mentor loves them for some reason

Sentinals very bad at controlling the law cant be trusted and are the teacher's pet of TAB. Also the most corrupt division in TAB.
