Baloner 

It doesnt really have a specific definition. It is used to label whatever the hell you want.

The origin of the word is rumored to come from the combination of the words "balogna" and "boner"

I dont really know but it looks like a baloner!

Obviously someone who sniffs turds. Ussually used to replace mean words
