A lazy SOB who has the ability to appear busy even while sleeping. Also believes he knows everything about any given topic and proves it by using internet based data. Must also be the focus of all conversations, even when not invited.

While everybody was working hard, Rakestraw was explaining the theory of evolution, quoting data from the Internet.
