Mid 20s
A time when you start feeling old because you've been out of high school more than 5 years (you don't still take the same chances you did in high school), but you don't know yet that in 10 years, you won't feel as old as you did in your mid twenties, even though you'll actually be a lot older than you were in your mid twenties.
Your mid 20s isn't an easy time because you haven't lived long enough to know that if you find your rythym, even if you've done it before more than once, it isn't just luck, or who you were yesterday.

Simone Biles
An athlete that thinks she's old at 24, even though her peak years are most likely ahead of her and not behind and hasn't found her usual ryhthm yet because of it.
Things aren't over for Simone Biles yet, sometimes things go wrong yesterday and they don't go wrong again after that.

Uber
It's hard to feel bad for someone that gets in the wrong car twice before getting murdered. The driver of the second car might not be right for murdering the girl, but she was a questionable kind of person for wandering around not knowing what the fuck was going on, as you would have to be to get in the wrong car not once but twice before the incident. There's no law that says people have to be forgiving and friendly to every moron with no common sense.
A legit uber driver has a bright neon blue sign on their car that says uber, in case some moron like that girl that died is wandering around lost and can't find the driver. The uber sign seems effective enough for most people that use uber instead of an old fashioned taxi.

Tyranny
Telling somebody they have to wear a mask is like telling them they can't wear one, regardless of vaccination status. You decide what you put in your body or don't, you decide what you wear on your body or don't. What makes you feel right is what you wear or ingest.
Telling somebody they have to have a mask or a vaccine to have the right to do something is tyranny, since without the mask or vaccine you have no rights. The same would be true if someone was told they could not do something because they had a mask on, or had gotten a vaccine, even if it's less common.

Olympic games
The name says everything you need to know about them, they are games. Anybody that tries to tell you the athletes aren't there to play because they are the most skilled athletes in the world at their event doesn't know what they are talking about. No matter how competitive a game can get, no matter what is on the line, and no matter what record is broken, it is always going to be just a game, and nothing more. Good Will Hunting explained it, some people can just play at an instrument, Will could just play at equations, and athletes can just play at their sport. Of course it will require time, effort, training, and practice to play well, the same kind of dedication peole put toward their jobs, but it really is still just playing at the end of the day. Most people in the world don't clock in for a work day at a gym because it's not a work place, it's somewhere people go to practice or train at their talent, not their work.
Talent and work are not the same thing, which is why most people go to work, then they play on their time off if they do at all (sports, other things if they have a talent at anything). The Olympic Games are not leisure in the sense that most people have of leisure, they are not the same thing as vacation, they require more time, energy, effort, and dedication than vacation or leisure, but they are still games, and as long as they are games, the athletes in them are playing. Any time somebody starts calling anything called games or sports something else, or says that athletes or players are not playing, they are doing something else, is missing the point and calling things something other than what they are.

Chicken of the sea
I, Vincent, would always get beat at chicken of the sea by my sister Antoinette, until one day I finally stayed out longer to the point she almost drowned, then I had to piggyback her all the way to the shore.
