Butt Tits

Usually common in elderly women. The buttocks needs to be sagging, resembling loose skin. There is a mole on each cheek which looks like nipples, giving the buttocks an uncanny resemblance to actual tits. Elderly women usually hide this.

"Yo, did you hear about Queen Elizabeth's butt tits?" asked Jon

"No, why?" replies Austin

"She has been keeping them hidden from the public for years!" Jon exclaims.

The most evil human species that has walked our planet. Like Jesus, we need to get rid of them all.
