a commonly used phrase by white people to explain to other white people a long drawn out sentence from a black person when usually nothing of importance is said *used in series of three*

Garrett asked Andrew "dude what did that black guy say to you?" Andrew said "you know the usual yo Ima G ,Black Talk, Black Talk, Black Talk"
