(Expanded) a battle cry or cheer created by a Facebook retro video game streaming team called Retro-Revolution. Refers to an episode of South Park called “Medicinal Fried Chicken,” specifically how the characters’ testicles were so large they dragged on the ground

Streamer: “I just got 300 viewers on my stream!”
Friend: “Drag’em!”
