Dirty Yerz

When a man gives a woman a Dirty Sanchez, and the woman transfers the Sanchez back to the original giver. That way its "yerz" back on yourself.

Andrew: "Dude I gave this girl a dirty sanchez and it turned into a dirty yerz"

Dan: "Gross! Sucks to have your own shit on your upper lip dawg."
