Someone who is emotionally stunted and cannot take accounability for their actions.

Jesse: You cheated on your gf just like that?
Mark: Its my gf fault I cheated! She made me do it!
Jesse: Quit being such a donnie. Take some accountability for your own actions.

A state of constant complaint and/or self pity.

Someone who complains more than a hypochondriac.

Person 1: Its kinda hard to feel sorry for him anymore.

Person 2: He needs to get rid of the 'Woah is me' attitude. He's gone completely Vickers.
