Acronym for Bipolar Crazy Bitch. Someone who is nice to you and then instantly turns INSANELY BITCHY AND CRAZY the next second. They switch between the two and tend to cry for attention or whenever needed. They also tend to be rather violent, controlling and passive aggressive.
