Usually in reference to a mid life crisis hairstyle. Someone whose hair is too thin too perform a true mohawk, but still desperatly tries. AKA the 21st century mullet.

Adam: "Yo, I was watching MLS - Does Donovan have cancer?"

Michael: "No, that bitch is rocking the chemohawk!"
