Rapist Glare 

Could also be called the Creep Stare, a look given that silently says "You + Me = Sexy times", could be given from across the room - i.e a restaurant, park etc. The look is given knowingly and usually twinned with a Rapist Grin or a Pervert Grin. Rapey

Annie: "Look over there. Billy is totally giving me the rapist glare"
Coco: "Give back the 'I'll-burn-your-balls glare'"
