Low effort propaganda that is pushing an agenda too obviously, and is very poorly received by most.
A combination of the terms "Slop" and "Propaganda".

Economist on TV: "The economy is doing great, everything is looking up, all thanks to <bank-backed politician>!"
My wallet: "I've seen better slopaganda from the Chinese Communist Party."

Bib Fortuna

The act of placing your (male) genitalia on another man's shoulder, usually when he's asleep, and then taking a picture or waking him up, as a prank.
Named after a Star Wars character.
