Moof-Milker
Any person who tries to fix that which is not broken. Usually, they will add unnecessary parts to the thing they are trying to fix, thus overly complicating and then breaking said thing.
Han Solo (in response to the hyperdrive on the Millennium Falcon not working): Hey! Some moof-milker put a compressor on the ignition line.
