Goosing is the act of pulling out your dick and wacking said female in the face. Though this term can be used by anyone, it in standard situations calls for an older male sportscaster (ie Goose Givens) and a 14 year old girl.

Man, I goosed Sara Nardella last night.
Yah he was passed out and I goosed him good.
