A rather large individual whom has lost most of their teeth and are therefore inexplicably unattractive. Most commonly found in trailer parks (US) and council estates (UK).

Pervoscopes 

Another term for sunglasses, as no one can see where your eyes are looking leaving you free to perv away!

"Next time I'm at the pool I am soooo taking my pervoscopes with me!"
