A mean term to call someone that smells bad. Saying someone is a stink brain is just a mean way of saying there whole body smells even their brain.

Person 1: UGH what’s that smell?
Person 2: That’s me sorry i haven’t taken a shower in weeks.
Person 1: Ok stink brain that’s disgusting.
