When someone grabs your the front of your tighty whities and pulls up very hard. (usually done to guys to harm balls). It hurts bad.
When I was 13 I still wore tighty whities and I regret it. My brother came up to me while i was sleeping. I was on my back and he grabbed the front of the elastic and pulled up real hard (a melvin) and was holding me in the air. I woke up and was trying to stop him but he had my hands tied in a rope behind my back. He was 17 at the time. So he was strong. Then when i fell asleep again he gave me a hanging wedgie in our bathroom on a tail rack and I couldn't get down.He probably did this because he always made fun of me for wearing briefs and not boxers like him.
