True gangster. Those on the streets who have done enough dirt get promoted to what is called a "G". They get the respect from all the homies because they put in the most dirt. Usually older gang-bangers will be called "G's".

A-Wax was older than the rest of us and he's what we called a "G". He's been doing dirt for so long that he's just here to see other homeboys scrap. He's always in the middle, arguing...fussin' like a true "G".
