Uber Fail 

When someone suddenly displays their uber score to someone, thinking their score is higher, and discovers their score is lower.

He took out his phone at the steakhouse, shoved it in his dinner partner’s face, and said “my uber rating is higher than yours”; oops, that was an uber fail, as his rating, 4.97, was lower than his dinner partner’s rating, 4.98.

Flea 

A bad tipper. A person who, like a flea, has short arms, so he doesn’t reach into his pockets

Hey bartender, don’t give your bill to that guy over there if you want to make money. He’s a flea. Give it to his friend.

Flea 

A person who is a bad tipper. Someone who does not reach into his or her pockets to tip, almost as if he or she has short arms like a flea.

The bartender, wanting a big tip, did not present the bar tab to the flea. He presented it to his buddy instead.

Flea 

Someone who gives very low tips; in a bar or restaurant; a bad tipper; someone who, like a flea, has (so to speak) arms that are so short, they cannot reach into his pockets.

Hoping for a good tip, the bartender presented the bill to the guy in the red shirt, not his friend. That’s because the friend is a flea.

A person who doesn’t tip or tips very small amounts in a bar or restaurant. Refers to people who, like a flea, metaphorically have arms that are too short to reach down to their pockets.

In the hope of getting a decent tip, the bartender presented the bar tab to the person that he knows tips well, not to the flea next to him.
