A name for mentally retarded people. Often misspelled after one tries to say the word "water" or the name "Wouter" whilest having an accent (preferly Brabants).

Father: Wahtuh! Wahtuh!

Wouter: What? What is it?

Father: Wahtuh, I need Wahtuh!

Wouter: You filthy homosexual pervert fuckface! Get away!

Father: Wahtuh, I want to drink some Wahtuh.

Wouter: Oh, I thought you wanted to bareback me....

Wouter: Beavers are distand related from melons.

Random dude: What the fuck. Wahtuh is tripping again. Mental bastard.
