A name for mentally retarded people. Often misspelled after one tries to say the word "water" or the name "Wouter" whilest having an accent (preferly Brabants).

Wouter: What? What is it?

Wouter: You filthy homosexual pervert fuckface! Get away!

Father: Wahtuh, I want to drink some Wahtuh.

To rub your head or cheek on someones upper body, for example the back or chest.

The guy schnunked me yesterday! I really thought like, I'm gonna schnunk him hard when I see him.
