Accoladian

A person(s), who in terms, believe they are contributing and/or doing a lot, but in other terms, are actually doing the bare minimal.

All he does is take the trash out but acts like the man of the house, what an accoladian.

I obviously can’t tell this acca nothing, 6 years of college to major in a job you won’t apply for gives you all the accolades.
