Also can mean a change in ones attitude or appearance.
The change of ones style.
The positive or negative displayed in ones attitude.

Today I'm trading in my old skin for new skin.
New skin equals new attitude.
Whats up with the new skin boy?
I'm not feeling that new skin you've been wearing lately.
You seem to be more positive in your new skin.

I person who doesn't tell you their coming over.
An unexpected visitor.
