A person who chronically shows up at parties, and always mooches other people's booze or drugs. See mooch

Also applies to friends of club promoters.

That party sucked 'cause there were too many klingons there.

Dago Santa

An Italian drug dealer who parties with his clients. Dago reference is pretty obvious. The Santa reference is because everybody comes scampering around like kids to Santa Claus.

We had a great time once Dago Santa showed up.
