Sparkling Wiggle 

A slang name for "fucking nigger" made popular by a recent video on a popular internet hosting site. A little girl with a speech impediment is saying "sparkling wiggle" but because of her impediment, it sounds like she is saying "fucking nigger," hence the name.

"There's too many sparkling wiggles at the party" or "Get a job you sparkling wiggle!"
