Changtrification

Changtrification is just like gentrification except, instead of working class being replaced by wealthy or hipsters, the demographics is replaced with Chinese.

The area quickly fills with mandarin only speaking yellows, schools, business, medical professions and social venues that only cater to Chinese.

Ever since the Changtrification of Box Hill 9 out of every 10 people on the streets are squinty eyed fucks.
