Someone who exhibits an extraordinary talent in the area of stupidity. A combination and shortening of the terms numbskull,dumb,pathetic and fuck. Someone who is numb and oblivious to the world around them and so stupid it perplexes the mind that they can even function in daily life. Someone who is so ignorant even dumb people find it incredible.

I can't believe Joe asked the boss that question, we've only been talking about it for the last hour and he's worked here 10 years. What a fucking NUMPF!!!!
