1>To successfully "pull" or recieve, a woman's telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
2>To pull a "one-night stand".

"Man, I met this great girl, and oh, I frounced her man!Got everything I need to know!"

Just about anything that you can use it for as long as it describes something derrogatory or insulting, such as mother fucker.
Also can be used to describe a bad situation.

Mother froomper, son of a froomp, shut the froomp up, man this really froomps (sucks)
