Two people not in a relationship that still partake in romantic activities. But unlike Fuck Buddies, puck buddies only go as far as kissing. It is derived from the phrase "pucker up"

Amy and Jason broke up, but she still wanted to be a puck buddy because she still had some feelings for him.
