Named after the depressingly insane internet troll, "The Writing Wrench", to go "Full wrench" is to say that someone is insane without justification or explanation.

"Did you see Cindy pull her pants down last night and spend half an hour eating dog biscuits?"

Indumentisappendicemaphobia

The irrational fear of clothing tags. Specifically, a fear that they might be visible on one's own clothing, or are visible on other people's clothing.

Stemming from the latin roots for "Clothing" and "Appendage".

Katie's indumentisappendicemaphobia is becoming a real problem for her lately. She can no longer try on clothes before buying them as the tags are too visible and can't be removed.
