The Tits and The Cooter
ADJ. Analogous to the Phrase "the cock and the balls," meaning awesome. Can be used to describe the outcome of an event as especially wonderful. Emphasis is placed on the "and" in the phrase to signify the superiority of the tits and the cooter to just the tits.
