A decision made at a higher supervisory, leadership, or management level that makes sense to them but when put into practice it usually ends up in failure, sometimes of great magnitude!
According to our Leadership Paradigm we should pull all our military troops out of Afghanistan ASAP! Don't worry about all our equipment and weapons, just our troops because they are more important!
