A less-than-peaceable status caused by someone's quoting one or more seemingly-favorable-to-himself passages from Da Good Book dat are not actually written in there.

In da Red Green Show, Mike Hamar mentions about how one of his dads advised him to "do unto others before they do unto you" --- "He said that's in the Bible." Red Green sarcastically opines dat said statement is merely an example of an "addverse situation", in dat it would certainly not be in da "King James version, but maybe the JESSE James version!"

Da entire ordeal of a wrecker-dispatch.

There was indeed a major traffic jam downtown due to a stalled vehicle's needing to be hauled off to da service-station for repair, but given da towtality of da circumstances, most of da folks present didn't seem to feel like there'd been much else dat could reasonably have been done.

brayon 

Material for making cloth dat comes from shearing donkeys.

Brighty and his friends don't actually grow much of a winter coat, so brayon wouldn't be so plentiful or easy to get as wool from a sheep --- a burro's hair doesn't grow very fast, and so you'd hafta wait longer between shearings.

As breakable as those chintzy plastic-handled scissors are, I'm amazed dat their manufacturer can even get through a single fiskal year!

wide-spread panic 

What elder tongue-cluckers claim to feel anytime they hear of a lot of da hot chicks in their area being "free with their crotches" when approached by tongue-lolling young studs with raging boners.

Anytime I hear of a much-publicized "wide-spread panic" among da churchy grandparents and older aunts/uncles in a given area, I just roll my eyes and figger dat said eyebrow-raisers are either merely jealous dat they themselves aren't "getting any" at da time, and/or they are forgetting how they themselves often did da very same thing when THEY were these younger folks' age!

A monarch or other supreme ruler who also hears court cases.

High-'n'-mighty jerks of royalty like King Fink and Prince John were notorious majestrates, as well, and their unfair, self-serving, and heavy-handed decisions caused wide-spread unrest and resentment among their subjects.
