A very creepy arborist, who employes sex offenders and trims your bushes in a manner to allow him to return later and peek in your winds and spy on you.

Cluster Carl
A situation where numerous Carl's get together and do really stupid things. You can't even explain it because there's so much stupid going on in one place. It usually involves chainsaws, woodchoppers, climbing spikes and a lot of drugs.
"What the hell is going on over there?"
"Obviously, it's a real cluster carl. Better stay clear so you don't loose an arm or a dick."
