A situation where numerous Carl's get together and do really stupid things. You can't even explain it because there's so much stupid going on in one place. It usually involves chainsaws, woodchoppers, climbing spikes and a lot of drugs.

"What the hell is going on over there?"

Child support

A monthly financial payment that mothers in Vermont have to pay deadbeat dads.

Judge "I hereby order mother to pay father $$1000/month in child support. Sorry, mother, I know he abused the child and he makes more money than you. But he hid his money really well and Perjured himself ... Shrug So, obviously, there's nothing I can do. Anyway, enjoy your life we destroyed. Court is adjourned."
