Geek

A "geek" in street terms or around drug dealers and users means that the person who is a "geek" is a very bad drug addict. Someone who will do anything for drugs. Not unlike a "crackhead", "cluck", or "dope fein"

Look at that geek over there selling his t.v for a 20 of crack.
