A completely made up slang term that has never ever been used by any living human being other than Lynn Johnston in her horrible comic strip, For Better of For Worse. It is supposedly a hybrid of the word fool and boob.

April Patterson: "You're such a foob, mom!"

DO 

1)Doctor of Osteopathy
2)One who could not get into a real medical school and was faced with the decision of becoming a nurse or being a DO.

Johnny smoked way too much weed during college and barely graduated. He's a perfect candidate for DO schools.
