A (normally millennial) person that uses social media to guide their life, try to gain popularity and have given up their own identity to follow the herd.

Most trendfuckers use Facebook and Instagram to try to be important.

A trendfucking man that tries to be relevant by wearing skinny jeans, conforms to society's views and is very PC.

"That trendfucker wants to date my niece but I won't let her be with a qunt."
