Paisa 

A drug dealer or runner who is from Mexico. He speaks little to no english and probably has multiple low-end vehicles. The only english he understand is numbers and major cross streets of your city. Primarily he usually sells crystal meth or heroin. His prices for drugs are always the best around town.

That damn Paisa got the location wrong. I told him 69th Avenue and he's on 69th street.
