I thought my kids was causing me to become bi-polar and schizophrenic, but really, I am just ratchet as hell; but I am not ratchet all the time so I re-diagnosed myself as biratchet.

A sophisticated person with ratched tendencies (ghetto).

For example Kim Kardashian's sex tape, or a female that buys expensive weave and leaves it in beyond the allotted time and things begin to grow like mold!

Cookie Lyon's of Empire is wealthy, looks great but will act bi-ratched in a second if you touch her weave.
