A new name for the exhaled smoke from marijuana.

Phil and Paul were enveloped in the massive cloud of skeeze that Lesley exhaled from Nimbus. She is truely the skeeziest in the group.

A given nickname to the one who has reached a new level of high from marijuana out of the group.

"Man, that guy Phil is the skeeziest stoner I've ever seen."
