Hotter than a fag eating a corn dog!
Oilfield slang often shortened to "that's hot", making fun of both Paris Hilton and the victim at the same time. Meaning something that is so ridiculously stupid or asinine that it is almost unfathomable.
You: That fucking moron just drove off without releasing his trailer brakes.
