A dude who has a gut and little girl arms. It is an implied insult that he does not benefit from fat guy arms, by which fat guys at least get to be tough looking.

Fuckin' dude is pure skinny-fat... he's shaped like a snow man.

1. To travel (to somewhere).

2. To leave the current location (often 'cruise out').

3. To wear (an article of clothing).

"Yo, let's cruise Lester's jam."

"Pure tin soldiers, this is shit is wack, imma cruise out."

1. A girl who is inactive during sex.

2. A girl who is hard to get into bed.
