Kaizen is the practice of continuous improvement. Educational Kaizen is simply then the practice of continuous improvement in education for the primary purpose of creating a culture of innovation in the education system.
We are working to create a culture of educational kaizen in our school district called "The Innovation Commission".

A phrase used when talking about foster children that the foster parents are attempting to adopt but it's not offical yet. This is a much warmer and fun way of communicating a person is trying adopt the children yet still conveys it's not a done deal yet.
