Diabetes in a Box 

Kryspy Kreme Donuts. As Sydney Airport has a Kryspy Kreme shop in the terminal, they've become the city's major export as people enjoy purchasing them and eating them on their flight. Also refers to any other sugar-loaded or diabetes-inducing snack in a box.

"Whoohoo, I picked up these sugar-loaded Kryspy Kreme's just before we had to board!"
"You feeling proud you bought diabetes in a box?"
